The following outlines official clan policy for dividing up loot. Players may agree to deviate from these policies, but the agreement must be mutual. Otherwise, those who choose to follow this document have the final authority.
-----------------------------------
PVP
----------------------------------
Given an even division, if the total loot of a killed target would result in a gain of 1M GP or greater for all involved players, then the total loot of the target is to be divided up as follows: Personal Loot = (Total Loot) / (# Involved).
In cases where this condition is not met, the player who obtains the drop gets to keep the entirety of the drop. However, if a TBer has TBed the target and that target was killed at < level 30 wilderness, the Tber is entitled to 20% of the Total Loot. In that case, the player who obtained the drop gets to keep 80% of it.

PVM
----------------------------------
The following is a list of bosses or other PVM activities where disputes may occur. In cases where one player must tank and do more of the work, certain conditions are applied to incentivize our members to tank. Work hard, be rewarded. Normally, all regular drops are kept by those who obtained them, and only unique drops are split.
Note: Normal Circumstances = No other rules apply. Tank Entitlement = Regardless of who obtains the drop, the tank is entitled to the entire drop.
Dagannoth Kings: Normal Circumstances.
Saradomin GWD: Normal Circumstances.
Armadyl GWD: Normal Circumstances.
Zamorak GWD: Tank Entitlement (Godsword Shards 1-3, Zamorak Hilt).
Bandos GWD: Tank Entitlement (Godsword Shards 1-3, Bandos Boots, Bandos Hilt).
Corporeal Beast: The total value of all drops (regular + unique) is evenly split.
Wilderness Bosses: Normal Circumstances.
Raids: Normal Circumstances.
Caveat: If the price of a given item under Tank Entitlement has drastically increased or decreased as a recent phenomenon, then certain (sensible) exceptions may be applied to it. If the new price stabilizes for an extended period of time (minimum 3 months), then a re-evaluation of Tank Entitlement may occur for the boss in question.
Example: Bandos Hilt increasing from 6m to 10m. In that case, the value that was originally accepted as given for the Tank Entitlement will be given to the tank, and the surplus value (in this case 4m) will be split between the remaining participants.
